HRSA Social Media Campaigns (2023–2024)

Client: Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)
Scope: Campaign design, creative direction, visual storytelling

In 2023, Strike Design Solutions created a social media campaign for HRSA featuring vector graphics and carousel posts that told the story of their work in rural communities. HRSA sought a unique way to share narratives around key nationwide initiatives, focusing on three priorities: Expanding and Supporting Rural Workforce Development, Improving Access to Maternal Health Care, and Addressing Substance Use Disorder in Rural Communities.

In 2024, HRSA requested a campaign refresh to create a more grounded and authentic perspective that highlighted the real people and programs behind rural health care. This version shifted from illustrated graphics to real-life photography, bringing visibility to the dedication and impact of HRSA’s workforce. Each post featured genuine imagery and clear messaging designed to humanize outreach and amplify stories from the field.

To achieve this, we developed a visual concept centered on authentic photography that reflected the tangible results of HRSA’s training programs. The new design direction paired realistic visuals with refined copy that aligned with HRSA’s mission and celebrated success stories nationwide. This balance introduced fresh creativity while maintaining the integrity of the original campaign.

The result was two distinct yet cohesive social media campaigns that exceeded expectations. Both of these projects helped the HRSA organization connect with rural communities, expanded engagement across digital platforms, and established a stronger, more relatable social media presence.
